Safe Breast Augmentation

My name is Gwenn Henkel and I am a certified Medical Hypnotherapist, Hypnoanesthesiologist and a Master Hypnotherapist. I am a member of the National Board for Hypnotherapy and Hypnotic Anesthesiology, The International Association of Counselors and Therapist, and The American Association of Professional Hypnotherapists.

In my studies and experience as a hypnotherapist, it seems that I daily find more and more things that hypnosis can do for a person. Our minds are in control of our bodies. It is what controls all of our involuntary actions, like our heartbeat, breathing of our lungs, flow of all chemicals in our bodies, functions of all of our organs, and every movement that we make. Hence, the program that I have for natural breast augmentation or enlargement. This is a wonderful and safe noninvasive approach to increasing the size of your breasts.

This certainly is not a new concept. The first data of studies date back to 1974. It was scoffed at back then, as hypnosis fell into that sort of "mystical thing" that you only saw presented at stage shows. In 1994, the American Medical Association finally acknowledged hypnotherapy as a real "alternative" modality to healing and making changes in a mental and physical life!

My program is powerful and provides a scientifically based and successfully tested method of getting the larger, firm bust you have always wanted…..without surgery or any exercise. It combines the art of hypnosis (all hypnosis is self-hypnosis) with visualization techniques, developed as a result of modern research into how the mind and brain work.

Your mind and body are totally lined. The connections between your mental and bodily processes are real and anatomical. Your thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes can alter the levels of your hormones and neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are the chemical messengers that carry on communication between your cells and that largely govern the activity of many of your physical processes. Your thoughts, beliefs, and imagination are not fleeting images, but electronical events, which affect your mind and body. If you are confused with the words, "brain" and "mind," think of the brain as the physical site where most of the body's activities originate, are moderated, and are controlled. The mind is the totality of all that makes us human.

Research at Michigan State University has shown that a single cell can be controlled by how we think. In summing up this and related research, Dr. Brown writes, "The mind alters every cell in the body."

Each of the 200 trillion cells in a person responds to the supersystem, that combination of our central nervous system, hormonal system and autonomic nervous system that affects our general physiological orientation to life. Some amazing findings from scientific literature document the impact of our thoughts on our physical being.

In 1977, Roger Guillemin and Andrew Schally received the Nobel Prize after demonstrating how the brain uses these chemical messengers to "give orders" to the body. Working independently, these two scientists isolated a series of time molecules that are made in the brain's hypothalamus and travel to the pituitary, where they then affect the functioning of our thyroids, adrenals, gonads, and the very course of our growth.

British author Gordon Rattray Taylor wrote that several thousand women every year undergo surgery to enlarge their breasts. "Augmentation Mammoplasty," as the operation is called, is one of the most frequently sought of all cosmetic operations. The results are often as much psychological as physical. Many women report increased interest in sex, and improvement of the marital relations, greater confidence and in a few cases, that they achieved orgasm for the first time. But the operation is not without risk, and we know this by the many horrible stories of surgeries gone bad. I personally know of many women who have over the last 10 years have had the surgery done. Not a one of them has been fully satisfied and most of them have had the implants removed because of the many complications and additional surgeries required trying to fix those complications. Scar tissue is one of the most common problems, causing the breast shape to change in a deformed position, resulting in nipples pointing in different directions, and also increased hardening, resulting in a very unnatural look.

In 1974 the Journal of Sex Research ran an article by J. E. Williams which reported breast enlargement though visual imagery and hypnosis. Soon after, R.D. Willard, who was working at the Institute of Behavior and Mind Sciences, decided to test these claims scientifically. He rounded up twenty-two volunteers of all ages, from 19-54 years of age. An independent physician carefully measured the height, diameter and the circumference of their breasts. They were given imagery under hypnosis and there were periodic checkups. At the end of twelve weeks, 28% of the women had reached the six of breasts they had aimed at, and ceased to practice. 85% had achieved some enlargement and 46% had to buy a bigger bra. The average increase was about two-thirds of an inch vertically, over an inch horizontally, and 1.37 inches in circumference. Some women managed almost twice these gains.

A cynic might wonder if they had simply put on weight in general, but in fact 42% of them lost two pounds or more. Fourteen of the volunteers had children and wanted firmer breasts. All of these achieved some improvement in that respect. And, as a final bonus, those women whose breasts had been unequal in size ended up with symmetrically equal ones. Also, in every case the waistline of these volunteers grew smaller, in one case as much as 2.2 inches.

I am currently doing my own case study with volunteer's ages ranging from 19-57 years of age. Some remarkable results had taken place even in the first six-week of the program. One woman had gained almost one inch on her breasts and lost two inches from her waist. She was not dieting or exercising. She chose to listen to the CD twice a day and was having these remarkable results. One woman who had already had implant surgery, had grown one half inch larger with this program, and wished she had known about it before she had her surgery.

These changes should not surprise us. Neurologists have established that your feelings, attitudes, and beliefs have a profound affect upon your body image and physiology. You experience strong and evident changes in your body in reaction to various feelings, so it is to be expected the more long-lasting changes may be brought about through the mobilization of your supersystem.

The key to the activation of your supersystem is through mental imagery and hypnosis. If you would like to make safe changes to alter the shape of your body, you may be interested in this program. It is a twelve-week program in which you listen to the CD everyday and measure your results on the chart that is provided. You may purchase the program to do alone or you may choose to see me for the first session of one and one half-hours and then a thirty-minute visit at six weeks and at 12 weeks for additional assistance if needed. (There is a difference in cost if you see me).
